Bay Point Proposal to be Heard by the Beaufort Board of Zoning Appeals

Please attend the meeting of the Beaufort Board of Zoning Appeals in the County Administrative Building next Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 5 pm at 100 Ribaut Road in Beaufort, SC.   

The Staff Review Team upheld the denial of permits for this proposal and made it clear to the destructioneers that it is NOT an "ecotourism" proposal.  They proceeded with appealing the decision.  So, we need to continue to battle against this.  We look forward to you attending the meeting next week.
