Bay Point Hearing on Wednesday in Beaufort, SC
Beaufort County staffers have recommended that a plan for an upscale resort on Bay Point Island be denied but the developers are still pushing to build on the pristine, remote island in the Port Royal Sound. The developers have one more opportunity to try to influence the staff decision by pleading their case to the Staff Review Team. Please attend the meeting to send a clear message that you are opposed to the plan, which would damage a valuable natural resource.
