SECOND RTI ON THIS ISSUE

After seeing that my first RTI to BDO, Dumka, and its first and second appeals have not been answered, I put up a fresh RTI on this issue to AC Office, Dumka on 13.10.2014. The AC Office, Dumka deals with Revenue and Land Reforms of the district and instructions are issued from this office to all BDOs and COs. Inputs from various blocks are then passed on to SDO. As my fresh RTI also remained unanswered, I have put up first appeal to DC Office, Dumka on 23.12.2014 as per the process. The first appeal has also not been answered yet. I projected this issue to various news agencies including Dainik Jagran, Times of India, etc., but it seems that might be due to non-importance of the issue as per their opinion, it did not come. I wrote grievances to Central authorities too on this issue, and I was advised to contact State authorities only. I sent email to the current MLA of Dumka, the Welfare Minister of the State on this issue. Recently, I again put up grievance in jharkhand samadhan website vide CMOFF/E/2015/00121, the issue is pending at DC, Dumka office till now. None of my RTIs have been replied as yet.
