Round One Clean Up - But Still A Long Way To Go....

Several volunteers along with BBMP cleaned a part of the trash, and its looking a bit better. Next steps: 1. NGV RWA & volunteers, NPS School representatives, and the Rajendranagar slum volunteers will form a vigilance committee and monitor the area to keep it clean. 2. A CCTV camera will be placed to identify perpetrators 3. BBMP will place a garbage collection tempo at strategic locations for collection 4. Rajendranagar volunteers will work with their community to educate and assist in monitoring 5. NGV will initiate awareness, segregation & systematic garbage collection within their apartments. BBMP and volunteers will meet again tomorrow to continue assist in the clean up and beautification. A big task of removing & leveling the historic debris piled up and keeping this encroachment free still remains......
