Your objections can be sent by email to: local.plan@basingstoke.gov.uk

Your address and postcode
Your email address
Heading must include: Local Plan Draft Spatial Strategy Regulation 18 Consultatoin

​Should you wish to post your letter of objections the address is: Local Plan, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH
You can also deliver your objections in person at the Basingstoke and Deane Council offices
​Once you have submitted your email you should receive an automated emai response from BDBC confirming receipt of your objections. 

You do not need to submit this through the planning portal if you have already sent your objections by email.
