Roy Halladay spent 12 seasons as a Toronto Blue Jay. He only spent his final 4 seasons with the Philadelphia Phillies. He signed a one day contract with the Blue Jays in order to retire as a Blue Jay because the franchise meant that much to him.

He also stated on video that he wanted to be a Toronto Blue Jay when he entered the Hall of Fame as seen in the following videos:

Despite all of the above, both the Halladay family and the Baseball Hall of Fame decided that Halladay would enter the Hall of Fame with no logo on his cap. I mean no disrespect to the Halladay family or the Hall but let's show them how much this means to the team, its fans, the city and the entire country of Canada! Halladay should enter the Hall as a Blue Jay!

The Phillies don't care, they never expected him to go into the Hall as a Philly anyway. Perhaps the Halladay family and/or the Hall of Fame will change their mind if we can show them how much we care about making the right decision.
