I just heard from the county that the quarry tried to get on the Sept meeting at the last minute and it was denied. Tentatively plan:

I spoke with multiple people in the EPD and permitting today and they all said the same thing - you have to get the PC to deny the rezoning request and you can't count on us, EPD to help you get them to deny it. We are here to enforce the permits they are actually issued not to stop them from getting zoning.
