Dear neighbours

The developer (UPP) who wishes to demolish 96 Audley Road has resubmitted revised plans for the flats development they wish to put on the site, over four separate storeys. Aside from the loss of a cherished local building that’s part of our area’s history, this development will mean huge strain on local infrastructure as up to 7 families will be crammed into the space, with their attendant rubbish, vehicles, and the strain on, for example, the neighbourhood's water pressure, that they will cause.

The new consultation is only open til the 10th of October!

Please object strongly to the demolition of this building, and the huge impact it will have on our community. Submit another objection and please let all your friends know - we only have 5 days!

Please get together with friends and family and submit as many applications as you can, objecting to the loss of this treasured local building and the disruption it will create through ‘town cramming’.
