In the light of so many possible negative changes on immigration, we urge President Obama, the Department of State and Department of Homeland Security to make the February 2017 Visa Bulletin current for India and China. 

If the government is willing to at least make Chart B on the Visa Bulletin current for January 2017 for Indians and Chinese, many will be able to benefit from an employment authorization document (EAD) and AC 21.

In 2007, the Bush Administration did make all the EB categories current, we hope the DOS and President Obama will consider this as a final way to actually help those who have been waiting for years on their priority dates.
