We all buyers are facing problem of paying EMI and Rent both due to the delay in the projects by Builders. I am a buyer of Amrapali Dreamvalley project in Noida Extension, ii purchased the flat in 2010 and still waiting for the possession. There are lots of buyers who are facing this problem and govt is not taking any action against these builders.

All banks should pressurize the builders instead of taking the benefit from middle class man. Banks are not stopping interest if project is delay also banks are taking only Interest until we will not get the possession.

We are facing the problem to afford paying EMI and rent both.Banks and Govt should take an action against builder and resolve our issues.
