The bank notes story continues to spread. Now on City News Toronto, etc.

If Mark Carney can commit to including a specific woman (Jane Austen) on UK bank notes for an upcoming series (2017) & announce specific details of a review process for selecting notes, why can't the Bank of Canada do the same? Still a vague promise, and nothing has changed since more than 23,000 people signed this petition. http://www.citynews.ca/2013/11/03/central-bank-chief-absolutely-open-to-idea-of-woman-on-currency/
