Thanks for your support et merci beaucoup. Meanwhile, Colombia will be releasing new bank notes in 2016 which celebrate two notable women from that country. Debora Arango, a controversial painter who revolutionized modern art and championed the role of women, will be celebrated on the face of the 2,000 pesos. Virginia Gutierrez, an influential anthropologist who was the first female to receive Colombia’s national science prize, will be honoured on the front of the 10,000 pesos. That bill previously featured Colombian heroine Policarpa Salavarrieta. Kudos to Colombia!
