Deccan Herald - 14/5/16

Featured in Deccan Herald on 14/5/16 BMRCL and I have been talking on twitter. For any question that I ask they say two things: 1. Build Consensus 2. Commuters complain of inconvenienece. My question here is, how can commuters complain of inconvenience when such a system has never been tried!?!? Also, they say that foldable cycles are already allowed.
