Update

Dear Neighbors, I am writing to provide a brief update. I inquired with BEC about the status of the project and received the following response: "We are currently in the design phase with our engineering firms. Once this is done we take bids from qualified contractors interested in doing the work. This will give us the budget we then take to the Board. Since the design phase tells us what it will take to complete the project any stated timelines would be just a guess at this point."
