Bandai Namco promised to ALL players the opportunity for tickets, yet when the day came mountains of players reported the fact that they did not receive said tickets. People even payed extra so they could earn extra, but received none (myself included) Now, the only real response was the following email I received.

Regarding your concern, please be advised that we have found abnormalities in your account.
Thus, we regret to inform you that we are unable to send you the 150 Million DL Special Summon Ticket.
In addition, please note that we are unable to disclose details regarding the said matter.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but we hope for your kind understanding.

This incredible vague explanation basically says, "We Don't Know Whats Happening So Go Away" This from a corporation such as Bandai is absolutely ridiculous We would like to have the tickets we worked and payed for, or at the very least have light shed on said "Abnormalities" they stated.
