This program is the brain-child of the darkest private sector research & military co-operation the world has ever known. When I tell you that we are living in A Brave New World, that is not to be taken lightly. It is endemic to the human being that once caged in either a physical prison or mental prison, that they liberate on either side of the spectrum.

I am happy to say that this technology is not only provable, but it is in fact capable of being defeated.
