To All 48 individuals that have signed this petition on behalf of my daughter I just want to issue my greatest appreciation to you all. However, I would also be inclined to ask if you would please share this petition in order for more signatures to be obtained. 

This is very important to me because I wish to shed light on the consistent failings in the medical field where doctors have consistently escaped accountability in cases of medical malpractice and/or wrongful death. And politicians have enabled them to continue to do so by putting in place a two-year statute of limitation to seek Justice for medical malpractice and wrongful death.

At one point it was 4 years but thanks to a certain Republican let's just say it Ron DeSantis it's now only 2 years so now there are numerous families who are hurt and affected not to mention suffering because there is nothing they can do to get Justice for the loved ones once that 2-year mark is reached.

And for me I still can't wrap my head around why it is deemed necessary to set a time limit on obtaining Justice getting Justice for someone you love someone that's close to you someone that matters to you someone who was so critically wronged by doctors who took the Hippocratic oath of first do no harm but then as soon as they do harm they conveniently hide behind their titles and the lawyers help them the politicians help them by saying oh it's been 2 years there's nothing you can do there's nothing we can do and we're very sorry you know my condolences but we can't help you. 

So please for me and my daughter for every single person who has lost someone because of medical malpractice because of wrongful death because they trusted doctors to save their loved ones life and they did everything but that!
