I have been able to contact several groups and politicians to garner attention to this cause. I have talked on the phone with the office of senator Mike McGuire, they said they support this cause, and gave me advice on how to get it into the eyes of legislators. They gave me a form to fill out for legislation in 2025. They also shared several environmental advocacy groups to contact. I have also reached out to BLM (land management) and they are sending my message to higher ups for consideration. I have also heard back from Redwood Invasive Plant Eradicators, and will be speaking on the phone with them today. I am still waiting to hear back from CNPS, Assembly member Jim Wood, Gavin Newsom, and others. Let’s keep fighting 👊 spread this petition as far and wide as Ivy had spread through California!!!!
