Update: High Court Orders Car Manufacturers to Reveal Key Dieselgate Documents

Diesel Car Owners: Check if you're eligible for up to £16,000 compensation from the High Court Diesel-gate claims happening this October

Hi everyone, 

I've come across some news that the High Court has ruled against car manufacturers trying to claim that thousands of documents need to remain confidential and hidden from the public diesel-gate trial that begins in a little over 8 weeks. 

The full update explains what has happened, as well as giving information on which of the manufacturers are being tried in the first Supreme Court case beginning 6 October 2025. 

I've also included a link to where you can check if any diesel car you've owned in the last 15 years is eligibile to join one of these claims. It doesn't matter if you don't own the car any more, you may still be entitled to compensation, so it is worth a check!
