Update #3: We are astounded and very pleased that the number of signatures continue to climb as does the interest in the abuse surrounding bull riding. There are more than 22,000 signatures and in the last 48 hrs there have been at least 3 radio and TV interviews and social media chat is building. Yay Halifax!!!!!!
