NOTICE!  A new date and time have been set for the Birmingham City Council's Committee of the Whole discussion of the new Short Term Rental Ordinance and zoning modifications.  It is:

March 12th at 3:00pm in the City Council Chambers.

Please be in attendance to hear what your elected leaders have to say about Short Term Rentals in Birmingham.  Should these businesses be allowed in residential neighborhoods? Who is going to enforce the ordinance and will it be any better than the current enforcement efforts we have in Birmingham?  Will residents once again receive the noise, disruption, parking problems, trash and disrespect while the absentee owners laugh all the way to the bank????  We shall see!
