Hello everyone

Thank you for signing the petition to ask CLAC to revise AB2114 to include language that bans inspectors from bidding on repairs to HOAs they inspect. 

The fox is in the hen house when unethical inspectors use their inspection reports to legally steal HOAs reserve accounts by writing self serving reports. 

Please forward this petition to 10 people you know and ask them to sign it as well. 

Ask your local CLAC representative to bring this important issue up to CLAC in their meetings. 

Let's keep the balcony inspection industry free of conflicts of interest. Inspectors inspect, they shouldn't then be bidding to repair EEEs.
