Ban 'Saat Samundar Paar' from playing at every Indian festival before it kills me

The Issue

Every three days when I open my window (I'm an agoraphobic and fresh air makes me nervous), there is an Indian festival going on. However, be it Diwali or Holi, Christmas or Chinese new year, the song 'Saat Samundar Paar' is blasted by the neighbourhood drunks at full volume. Like a Pavlovian dog, I have become so used to this annoying song that every time it plays, I'm certain that a festival is here. Because the DJs hired by the local chengras are unoriginal shitheads, they play this song on loop for every occasion x 365 days. I often feel like that guy in that Clockwork Orange movie who is forced to watch violent films with his eyes stapled open. We can't ban festivities because Indians love to waste time in drink and dance while the world collapses around us. However, if this petition reaches the Indian Government and the people responsible for this travesty of a tune (Sadhana Sargam, Anand Bakshi, Viju Shah) then perhaps they will recall it and save the lives of countless stray dogs, infants and elderly people.
