Still no decision from the IOC about participation of Russian and Belorussian athletes as neutrals at the Olympic Games.  What additional information could they possibly require? What new piece of evidence could possibly come to light which would tip the decision one way or another? As usual the IOC is riven with indecision and lacks strength of leadership; worse than that, its stance is utterly cowardly. One presumes they simply hope that the decision will be made for them and they’ll be let off the hook!
