The Charon Discord server has always been a place for like-minded individuals to come together, share ideas, and foster a positive community spirit. However, the presence of Rolo has disrupted this harmony significantly. I have personally witnessed multiple instances where Rolo's behavior has not only been inappropriate but also harmful to other members of our community.

In several conversations, Rolo has used offensive language, belittled newcomers, and sparked unnecessary arguments that have made many of us uncomfortable. I have received multiple messages from server members expressing their discomfort and their hesitancy to participate in discussions due to Rolo's intimidating demeanor. These accounts are supported by screenshots and chat logs that reveal a pattern of hostile behavior that directly violates the rules and ethos of the Charon server.

The essence of the Charon server is inclusivity and respect, qualities that Rolo's actions starkly contradict. It is crucial for the wellbeing of our community that we foster a space where everyone feels safe, valued, and heard. Continuing to allow this behavior not only undermines the values we uphold but also risks losing valued members who have contributed positively in many ways.

We propose a fair and decisive action: banning Rolo from the Discord server. This decision is not taken lightly. It follows multiple attempts to address these issues with Rolo directly, which unfortunately, have been met with further resistance and escalation rather than change.
