This is a huge step in the right direction! While the Province of BC has focused on reducing the use of 2nd generation rodenticides, this has led many pest companies to revert to using 1st generation rodenticides. Unfortunately, poison is poison. Our wildlife continue to die from the use of 1st and 2nd generation rodenticides. The use of all poisons must be banned to further prevent these tragic and unnecessary deaths.
