I cannot stress this enough - NOW IS THE TIME TO send emails to the council to let them know how we all feel about this utter mess they have allowed and that we will not be satisfied with no less than a full ban of personal firework use, please send your emails to councilmembers@niagarafalls.ca, remind them that we all celebrate different holidays.... but we do not disturb our neighbors and put their safety at risk when doing so!

Update:
City councilors have met yesterday. A report is expected to come to Council about the fireworks. Councilor Patel has been working with the Fire Department. The Mayor brought up a few different suggestions regarding timing, etc.  Once the report comes to Council, hopefully there will be some better options for the councilors to choose from
