Conquering Kilimanjaro Wasn't Enough: LionAid Seeks Your Support for the Cotswold Way Ultra Challenge!

Remember our epic climb of Mount Kilimanjaro ? Thanks to your incredible support, we reached the summit and raised vital funds to kickstart our human/lion conflict mitigation project in Merrueshi, Kenya!

We're thrilled to report that the project has been a resounding success. Since its launch in September 2022, there have been zero retaliatory killings of lions in the area! This means countless lions and livestock are safe thanks to your contributions.

But the fight isn't over. To ensure the long-term sustainability of this project, LionAid is gearing up for another epic challenge: The Cotswold Way Ultra Challenge!

On June 22nd and 23rd, a team of LionAid adventurers will be taking on this gruelling trek through the heart of the Cotswolds. They'll be tackling distances ranging from 10km to a whopping 100km, all to raise further funds for our critical work in Merrueshi.
