As it turns out, the survey is not scientific, professional, or useful. The way the city has it as an onlline survey, I have discovered that anyone can go back and answer it several times. They can also lie about whether or not they are a West Hollywood resident!  and… They can lie about their ZIP Code!

I have brought this all to the attention of the city Council, the city manager, and his staff! Hopefully they will be correcting the situation very shortly, and starting a new, scientific, and professional, survey. 

But if they don’t, I’m going to raise one hell of a stink!
