Keep the Ray Lewis statue in front of Ravens stadium.

I feel that Ray Lewis has been singled out unfairly by a small group of unpatriotic fans who are using the cloak of patriotism to find ways to intimidate those who would peacefully protest against their political party of choice.

Because Mr. Lewis knelt in prayer during the national anthem, this angry group now seeks to have his statue removed from in front of the Ravens Stadium.

I want the Ray Lewis statue to remain in front of Ravens Stadium because Ray Lewis deserved it. Mr Lewis is one of the greatest NFL players of all time, and arguably the greatest Raven player of all time. Lewis was a 13-time Pro Bowler, 10-time Associated Press All-Pro, was named Defensive Player of the year twice, and is one of only a few players in NFL history to play in a Pro Bowl in three different decades (1990s, 2000s, 2010s). He played all 17 of his NFL seasons with the Ravens, and led the Ravens to two Super Bowl victories. He richly deserves to have his statue in front of M&T stadium.

Even more importantly we need to protect our precious American freedoms from being trampled. Our troops have fought hard and died to protect our freedoms, and we should not bow to those unpatriotic and un-American citizens who would seek to take those rights away for their own political reasons

I want the Ravens to keep the Ray Lewis statue in front of M&T stadium, not only because Ray Lewis is one of the greatest Ravens and NFL players ever, but also because he is a great American patriot.
