Day Five Fiasco

Controversy has already arisen with Baldwin High School's new principal Caterina Lafergola. Gender- and racial-selective enforcement of the standing dress code is alleged with approximately forty female students being cited--and many sent home--for inappropriate dress yesterday, and at least one African American girl for "inappropriate", i.e., naturally textured, hair, possibly violating the 1st Amendment and Title IX legislation.
