2 Former Trustees initiate court case to enable the ‘Company’ to take over TEMPLE.

Two former trustees underwritten by a ‘London business’ director have initiated a court case against the newly elected Trustees and one former founder trustee. Their contention is that the company (TTBT) in which they claim to be permanent directors should be running the Temple instead of the founder TRUST (SVBT) that built, developed and currently runs the Temple Because of the court case, day to day management of the Temple has been adversely affected including delays in payments of utility and other essential service bills , as wells as harassment of Temple staff. The newly elected Trustees are doing their best to manage the situation The cost to date of defending this claim is £125 000. This cost has been borne by newly elected Trustees and devotees (not from Temple Funds). The court hearing has not yet been set but is likely to be early next year.
