A Crazy Taxi character is playable, but it sadly isn't B.D. Joe

So they added Axel instead of B.D. Joe, it is sad that they chose Axel instead, but I still do hope that B.D. Joe can still be playable, either as a full on playable racer, or as an alt for Axel similar to the Pac-Man ghosts, maybe also include Gena and Gus as well to have all 4 classic Taxi Driver racers

Please add him Sega, he's my most wanted character and I really want to play as him in Sonic Racing Crossworlds.
