So, in Short this petition is to have my furry friend Returned,

BELLA LUNA who was aggressively and ALMOST illegally TAKEN from our 
home,

Where is Liam Neilson when you need him

I LIKE her returned to me in the exact condition she was taken in. 

Around 3 weeks BEFORE THE 8TH OF MAY

I made a complaint to the police about a woman grabbing my wrist in the lift of my building i live in after her brother kicked my little Chihuahua away from him because he was near his religious robes,

The lift is very small so it's hard to avoid touching a dog on or off the lead,

As if you were just brushing shoulders in a work elevator which I'm sure happens every day! maybe I'm wrong?

I raise my hand pointing at him . 

I quickly began to educate the man that a dog out of control on or off the lead is an issue and potentially a criminal offence,

Unlike my dogs that are trained, perfectly friendly and completely harmless to humans of any type or another animal.

I explained that it was animal cruelty and he should not be kicking my dog or any dog.  Whilst talking I pointed at him, stood within my own personal space. Adding unless there is risk or harm or danger which there is not.

His sister aggressively grabbed my wrist when I'm pointing, so I then made a call to 999 to avoid being arrested for any false claims made against me as I’ve suffered this in the past on several occasions with certain people in the building, regarding my dogs. And other Ludacris issues that didn't stand up for a single second like being a racist huge mistake accusing me and arresting me for that fools.

 

On the morning of 8th of May when I was barely awake, wrapped in a towel, pretty much naked in my flat, I heard a loud bang, bang, bang at the door; It’s the POLICE.

The police officer who did not identify himself, though I now know him to be PC SHAFT claimed that he was attending my property regarding the 999 complaint I had made a few weeks prior.

I responded without opening or unlocking the front door,

I said “ it's arran thank you I'm quite ill at the moment,

I haven’t had much sleep and I’m naked with only a towel wrapped around me,

I'll come to you at an appropriate time to make a statement, if I do decide to follow up this complaint,

I'm busy now and I have to see my support worker”

999

To my surprise he responds saying “come on Arran, open up the door, you're quick to call us crying down the phone like a big baby ,asking us for help”. I was shocked! my instant response was “I've never called the police crying down the phone like a baby and how do you know what I sounded like on the 999 call?” his reaction and what he said made me very suspicious.

At this point I was I'm not entirely sure what was going on outside the front door

SWITCH TACTOCS

They then switched up the Tactics, they started looking through the letterbox so I asked what the hell he thought he was doing looking through my letterbox, 

They responded with a massive Bang Bang Bang on the door so loud it made me jump, “open up the door immediately this is the special tactical police unit, we want to see the dog right now”. 

I was confused as to what they were talking about and what exactly  was going on. 

I looked through the spy hole and a different police officer with an aggressive, enraged tone starts banging my door with an equally loud bang.

I told them that I'm not opening the door unless they had a warrant or a court order. I said “you're scaring me and I'm going to call my support worker right now

Please wait, at least while I speak to her as I'm in the system as a Vulnerable PERSON and  struggle with issues of mental health, so my support worker normally attends any issues like this” The police already knew this!

The same tactical Force officer that was banging the second time he says "you're not calling “you're NOT CALLING anybody,

We don't have a warrant, or a court order and we don't need one”. He then replies “you’ve got 30 COMPLY  open this door or I will kick the Door Down, how about that! and you'll have to pay for it” .

OK RAMBO OR ROBOCOP I SAY.

I tried to stall them whilst frantically trying to contact my support worker, I was in an absolute panic. 

She was not answering but I managed to get through to her receptionist at the NHS and I whispered to her quietly down the phone “Teresa please help me, the police are at the front door” I quickly explain to her what's happening, she helps calm me down a little and tells me it's ok she will speak to them for me. 

so I opened the door and much to my surprise I wasn't rushed and police didn't come marching in,

But instead the big one, the bully of them all or should I say the biggest bully out of them, wedges his foot in my door,

I calmly ask him why he's doing that, he proceeds to tell me in case I decide to shut my door and lock it and they have to kick it in again. bearing in mind I'm stood face on with this police officer outside my front door and he is closer and more inside my property then I am. Plus I'm holding onto my towel.

I'm beginning to feel worried but I'm also so confused, they end up telling me about some false reports abut one of my dogs and that they need to see her because they believe she's of a banned breed and they need to take her for inspection, quarantine etc.

I was really caught off guard and didn't have time to analyse and think about the situation, so foolishly I went and got my dog who is beautiful and amazing, and she came out tail wagging and jumped into my arms and all the police said “wow, aw she’s lovely” and how they could tell she was friendly and well trained. 

But after they start acting very differently and saying she’s a definitely a Pitbull and that they need to take her. 

When they were taking her, I was obviously distraught and one of the officers smirking made a snide remark about me thinking twice about putting in complaints about his colleagues. Referring to a previous issue where I felt they didn't do the job properly and were very unprofessional, so I went down the correct route and put in a complaint to the police independence complete commission board.

Much to my absolute disgust I’ve since received a disturbing call from PC WEBB, in this phone call Webb informed me that this operation was planned over a week previous to their visit but that another case of higher priority had come up and the  8th  was the next date they felt they could ‘surprise’ me.

I asked him if they had the rights to kick my door in and come into my home and,

" he replied that he doesn't really recall any mentions of my door being kicked in nor does he recall me being called a cry baby by PC shaft, at this point the alarm bells are seriously ringing! this isn't right at all.

It is completely irrelevant of the dangerous dog’s act

In retrospect of how these police officers conducted themselves.was not right.

Its on my records that in any situation like this my support workers should be present as I'm classed as a vulnerable person, is not a secret and the police have it on record.

 And it’s a bit of a coincidence that ALL their body cameras were off and not recording

Sorry 1 was BROKEN HOW DID HE KNOW IT WAS BROKEN WHY DIDNT HE SWITCH IT FOR WORKIN ONE BEFORE the operation????

! do I even have to continue telling anybody more to get a signature?

In the space of 10 minutes there's so much to mention and here's a few points I have missed;

• The phone call that transpired with the receptionist, Teresa, and the police officer ended with the guarantee that the dog would not be taken that day and they lied to her. she's happy to write a statement saying that. thank you, Teresa.

• After the police left like some heavy hitting gangsters, I was left with no paperwork and no evidence they came with the body cameras off. The only evidence I have is my neighbours who heard everything through their door

.• The reason I didn't receive any paperwork from this planned procedure is because, the police officer told me on the phone they seized my property in a public domain and as a result, they are not obligated to hand over any paperwork. Even if you walk out your flat naked, in a towel, with your dog on a lead no wonder they wanted to come in they didn't want the neighbours to here lol.

• Pc webb is one of the main officers in charge of determining Luna's outcome of being spayed and possibly put to death. I further asked him on the phone call if he condoned his colleagues actions. He went on to explain he's from Bridge Water and not from this area, he said he's unfamiliar with the police and the other dog handler that attended. I'm pretty sure that's what was said, will have to check the phone records as it was on a police line.

• This dog saved my life. Nursed me back from depression, when I was nearly beyond recovery. No human had the ability to pull me back, but this supposedly pitbull did. I love you, Bella Luna, I hope they don't cut or kill you, I'm trying.
