As you may know, two brothers (Dante and Justin) were originally charged with Autumn's murder. After Justin taking a plea deal, manslaughter charges were dropped against the older brother Dante,but he was guilty of obstruction. Knowing ALL the facts of this case (some facts are blocked from the public due to the defendant being a juvenile when the crime was committed, and due to civil suits), Autumn's father then civilly sued the mother of the Robinson brothers, claiming this crime was foreseeable and had the children gotten the help and the discipline they needed, Autumn would still be alive. The mother in part claimed this was not so due to cognitive impairments (a reason also used in the criminal case to say he could not know what he was doing). Earlier this week some of Tony's worst fears were realized, when it was announced that Dante is the suspect of a home invasion a county away from where Autumn was brutally slain, and another family was terrorized.
