Victims and Parents are disappointed with the current attitude of Brisbane Grammar School in refusing to refund School Fees of victims of Kevin Lynch. The Queensland Ombudsman considers complaints from Government Authorities set up by an Act of Parliament. It is our view Brisbane Grammar School satisfies the criteria for a complaint to be considered by the Ombudsman.
