This journey began as victims in Royal Commission Case Study 34 are completely dissatisfied with the Royal Commission's conduct of our Case Study 34. So far despite our appeal, the Royal Commission are refusing to hold a 2nd Hearing into Case Study 34 for new evidence to be tendered and new witnesses called. Victims in this horrific Case Study 34 with multiple deaths and suicides and well over 100 victims by a single perpetrator Kevin Lynch will continue fighting for Justice to be served. We will continue petitioning the Royal Commission to hold a 2nd Case Study hearing, until we are granted that New Years Resolution! Victims and all Australians deserve to hear the full truth of why certain people connected to Case Study 34 have not as yet been called by the Royal Commission. This includes a number of sitting Judges would should be called to be held to account.
