Australian Press Council: Prosecute the "Daily Telegraph"
The issue
The Daily Telegraph has gone too far by depicting Stephen Conroy as the dictator Joseph Stalin. It is offensive and a full apology to Senator Conroy should be published. All people should boycott the Daily Telegraph until this happens.

UPDATE: 14/3/13- The "Daily Telegraph" today posted an apology. The apology was towards Joseph Stalin, not Stephen Conroy. Why do the Telegraph still insist on this terrible behaviour? They have the power over thousands of readers that deserve quality journalism.
