These are Ange's words: "This was Oshin's last form of physical communication with me. A single tear while I was bathing my love. It was in the morning of Tuesday 27:12:16 That evening Oshin's sister bounced into the bedroom & noticed that Oshin had a red ear. She told me that a wet tissue helps her when she has a sore ear & could she wet a tissue for Oshin to make him feel better. I said sure, I think Oshin would like that. She exclaimed he's hot all over his body & asked to dab his body with a wet tissue, I said of course. She lovingly dabbed Oshin's body gently bringing immense love & joy into our room. She chatted away to Oshin while she cooled his hot bod down. Then for the last time Oshin produced one single tear for his sister. This last physical communication from Oshin has been one of the most beautiful gifts. I lay with Oshin & eventually fell asleep cuddling my love. I awoke about 2am with Oshin still nestled close to me. Oshin's body was still, silent. I placed my hand on his heart & his heart had stopped beating. I savoured this precious moment in time & eventually fell back to sleep with my love Oshin " Oshin Kizsko achieved so much in his 6 years. Oshin is no longer with us in the form we knew and loved, and miss so very much, but his story is far from over. There are 15,000 of you who have signed this petition and support the stand taken for a parent to have a right to decide what is best for their child. I beseech all of you to please find the 'Oceans Of Hope' Facebook page and follow it. There is a constant source of information that will both educate and astound. The Ange and Oshin story has received international media attention, yet they are but one voice, one life, one experience when you'll see there are 10's of 1,000's, possibly 100's of 1,000's of voices, of lives, of experiences that mirror the SAME STORY!!!!! Many too scared or legally bound to say nothing. So many have suffered in silence for far too long, living with the guilt and trauma of watching their child die the cruellest of deaths - that of 'treatment'. Lets help these voices be heard. God forbid any parent hears this diagnosis for one of their kids, but unfortunately it is happening more and more regularly. There are parents who, with their whole heart, put all their faith in the current medical protocols, masquerading as treatment; there are those who are too numb with shock and disbelief to even consider they have options; then there are those who do know enough as to KNOW, with their whole heart, that they DO NOT want to subject their child to what is currently "on offer". THESE parents need to be heard. I will not close this on-line petition, and will update as and when necessary. We will be submitting the hard copy signatures to be presented to parliament when it reconvenes in March, with view to establishing Oshin's Law.
