Support in a fairer child support system

Support in a fairer child support system
The issue
Make the Australian child support system fairer for hard working parents who have equal shared custody of their children.
A parent that goes out and works a full time job should not have to pay child support to the other parent if it is equal shared care. Both parents should be equally responsible to financially support their children when the children are in their care.
In my case I work full time in my job and have equal shared care of my children (4 and 7). Since the beginning the children's mother has never worked and always relied on my wage and the Government to support the children.
I was happy and more than willing in the beginning to pay child support as the care level I had was 14% due to the separation being new and I had to find middle ground with my work to have my children more. The care level increasingly changed until she requested 50/50 care to commence as she claimed that she wanted to find full time work.
She soon realised that her Government payments were cut short due to 50/50 care commencing. Not long after she found herself a new partner and after being with this new partner for a few months she fell pregnant with him.
She knew that our youngest child was almost at school age which meant she would be forced to look for work as her Government payments would be significantly reduced.
Now that she has a new born to her new partner she is saying she can no longer work which now leaves me to pick up the pieces and pay child support when the children are in my care 50% of the time and also when the children are in her care the other 50% of the time.
I am in an average paying job but because she does not work and therefore has no income coming through I am forced to pay her close to $530 a month when the children are in her care for 2 weeks of a month, and I still have to find a way to pay for the children when they are in my care as well for the other 2 weeks. THIS IS UNJUST!
She is not suffering from any disabilities, sickness, so there is no reason why she can't find full time work just like I and so many other hard working parents do.
The outcome I am looking for with this petition is for the Australian child support legislation to be dramatically changed to support the hard working parents who have equal shared custody of their children and to stop the deadbeat mothers and fathers who abuse the system and get away with it.
As it stands now the legislation is ruining my family life as it is becoming extremely hard financially to support the children in my care and also their mothers care. Their mother had the perfect opportunity to find full time employment but she chose the selfish option to have another child to a new partner instead of helping financially supporting her own children.
ALL I WANT IS FAIR SYSTEM!!!
