The process of last weeks Bulla horse atrocity, has left a very sour taste in my mouth. HOW IN THIS DAY AND AGE can this situation still happen??? How can an entity such as the RSPCA still claim it has its hands tied in such an horrific catastrophe? How is it, that a multi million dollar company, cannot stand up and be the voice for animals in grave danger? How is it, that a company that wants our constant donations, refuses to act and save lives????
