Hi everyone, both long time supporters and those who have just signed. I thank you all for your continued advocacy for this important cause.

Unfortunately, as many would have expected, the responses we have received for our Parliamentary Petition, and also our request for assistance from International Criminal Court, received lame responses. However reading between the lines there also remains open avenue for continued action.

I will first give you the responses here to read, I am sorry photos do not seem to load on this platform, but I will tweet pic soon of the letters, and you may email me if you wish.

....................,

ICC response was as follows:

Dear Sir, Madam
The Hague, Thursday, 06 May 2021
On behalf of the Prosecutor, I thank you for your communication received on 17/03/2021, as well as any subsequent related information.
As you may know, the International Criminal Court (“the ICC” or “the Court”) is governed by the Rome Statute, which entrusts the Court with a very specific and carefully defined jurisdiction and mandate. A fundamental feature of the Rome Statute is that the Court may only exercise jurisdiction over persons for the most serious crimes of concern to the international community as a whole, namely genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes. These crimes are carefully defined in the Rome Statute (Articles 6 to 8) and further elaborated in the Elements of Crimes, adopted by the Assembly of States Parties.
Based on the information currently available, the conduct described in your communication does not appear to fall within these stringent definitions. Accordingly, as the allegations appear to fall outside the jurisdiction of the Court, the Prosecutor has confirmed that there is not a basis at this time to proceed with further analysis. The information you have submitted will be maintained in our archives, and the decision not to proceed may be reconsidered if new facts or evidence provide a reasonable basis to believe that a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court has been committed.
I hope you will appreciate that with the defined jurisdiction of the Court, many serious allegations will be beyond the reach of this institution to address. I note in this regard that the ICC is designed to complement, not replace national jurisdictions. Thus, if you wish to pursue this matter further, you may consider raising it with appropriate national or international authorities.
I am grateful for your interest in the ICC. If you would like to learn more about the work of the ICC, I invite you to visit our website at www.icc-cpi.int Yours sincerely,
Mark P. Dillon
Head of the Information & Evidence Unit Office of the Prosecutor

.................................

So as we expected, there is no significant move to address this particular issue.

The Australian Government have openly stated they are using the very victim(s) themselves, whom have spoken out and tried to pursue justice for the crimes against them and others, when they state the personal nature to the victims justifies their suppression for 99 years.

They laugh in the faces of those victims by saying they have not suppressed these documents naming high profile people and networks,  but have amended the laws with Royal Commission Act 1902, to assure they are always covered for 99 years. With no accountability or need to even apply for suppression orders.

Also, the governments current proposal for a Federal ACIC is substandard and if they amend that proposal and vote for a Federal ICAC, we must assure that it is one created that has the jurisdiction to cover investigations on all high level crime and corruption, with integrity and honour at its core.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has responded also not as we hoped, but also as I though. They are now aware of this situation, and when further evidence is given, they can re assess if they can fully investigate.

So with all that. We continue onwards and upwards.

We must continue to empower and support each other to speak out, to help ourselves and others to get educated on trafficking and knowing the signs, to seek support when we need.

We must keep shining our light brightly seeking truth and justice, so the children know we are coming, so that those who are responsible for these horrendous crimes against our children and humanity know we are watching and still here, so that those controlling our government and judiciary and institutions, covering each other and hiding, while blaming victims and using victims need for privacy to cover their own names and crimes know we are coming for them.

I shall be contacting various people to follow up on this now we have firm responses and keep you posted with how those follow ups go.

Thank you as always for your amazing support

We are the change we wish to see.
