I have messaged the petition committee to see how the Attorney General is coming along with his response to our Parliamentary Petition which this petition here supports.

I asked for a date for when this step would be completed. 

I will just add as a side note here...When I originally registered the Petition, the committee took SIX weeks to approve and list our petition on their website. We then had FOUR weeks ourself to get signature support. Once the petition closes for signatures, they have Ninety days! 3 MONTHS to deliberate over what his response will be. They now will also be taking an unknown (to me and us)  number of days or weeks to go over his response before they will place the response on their website and send me an email with the response. 

I just wanted to let you all know... The response is due, the response is coming, but I am unsure of exactly when that will be. 

I also wish to note here that as far as this whole process goes, the petition committee and government have done zero to communicate with me. Anytime I have had a question I have had to ask directly myself. I feel there should be more open communication about the process with this. Remember we the people pay the wages for these people sitting in the petition committee to do their jobs too.

Anyway.. I will keep everyone updated as soon as I get our response.

And thank you all for your effort and support...We are over our next goal point of 35,000 signatures... our next goal point is 50,000.. So get sharing... This could be a viral petition...It is well worthy of it...and I feel will help force the response we need here.
