เนื่องจากกรณีการขอรับบริจาคเพื่อช่วยงานศพน้องน๊อต ธีธาดา เลิศสินที่เสียชีวิต ณ.ประเทศออสเตรเลียโดยนางกัญชลา เฟื่องฟูนั้น ทำให้ทราบว่านางกัญชลา เฟื่องฟูใช้บัญชีส่วนตัวในการรับบริจาค และมิได้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขของข้อกำหนดในการจัดตั้งมูลนิธิเพื่อการกุศล รวมถึงสมาชิกคนไทยในออสเตรเลียที่บริจาคเงินในครั้งนั้นขอดูการดำเนินงาน ยอดรับบริจาค รวมถึงขอดูสเตทเม้นท์ก่อนหน้าและหลังการรับบริจาค ก็ไม่ได้รับความร่วมมือในการให้ข้อมูล ทั้งยังปฏิเสธที่จะให้ถ้อยคำชี้แจงใดๆทั้งสิ้น โดยอ้างว่าเป็นคำสั่งของทนาย จึงเกิดข้อโต้แย้งขึ้นว่า ตอนนางกัญชลา เฟื่องฟูเปิดขอรับบริจาคนั้น สมาคมของเธอยังมิได้จดทะเบียนและเปิดบริจาคเป็นการส่วนตัว เข้าบัญชีส่วนตัวของบุคคลดังกล่าว ทำให้เกิดข้อกังขาในกลุ่มคนไทยในออสเตรเลียว่าการบริจาคนี้ไม่โปร่งใส ตรวจสอบไม่ได้ น่าจะมีการทุจริตเกิดขึ้น อีกทั้งยังข่มขู่ คุกคามสมาชิกบางท่านด้วย เพื่อให้ทุกอย่างชัดเจนและได้หลักฐานเพียงพอที่จะดำเนินการเอาผิดกับผู้ทุจริตนั้น ต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือจากทุกท่านในการลงชื่อขอตรวจสอบบัญชีนางกัญชลา เฟื่องฟูและดำเนินการตามกฎหมายต่อไป
I am writing this letter regarding the transparency of donations organised by Miss Gunchala Fengfu (who is now a President of Thai-Australian Sister Support) for Mr. Theetada (Not's) funeral. He came to Australia on a student visa and deceased in 24/08/2015 at Gold Coast Hospital, Queensland, Australia. Miss Gunchala volunteered to organize the setting up of donations to help with the cost of Mr Theetada's funeral. Miss Gunchala was using her personal account for the donation deposits. This would not meet the requirements of Australian non-profit organization agreement. Also, the majority of Thai members in Australia, who donated money to help with the cost of Mr. Theetada's funeral, have questioned Miss Gunchala and would like to see a statement indicating all the donation's collected. Miss Gunchala has not co-operated and avoided all of the questions regarding the requested statement of the donation for Mr. Theetada's funeral. She said she could not provide the statement because her lawyer's advice.
Her Thai-Australia Sister Support group is not legally registered as an organization, yet she asked for donations to be made via her personal account. Many Thais in Australia question the transparency of this donation process, which to date has not be investigated. I have concerns about Miss Gunchala's administration of this fund and I would urge that the federal police conduct an inquiry into this donation funds as a matter of urgency. She has also threatened some of Thai members who have asked for transparency.
Lastly, I would like everyone to help me by signing this petition for an investigation of Miss Gunchala's personal account when she volunteered to organize the setting up of a donor's fund for Mr Theetada's funeral.
