10 000 camels are about to be killed by the Australian government - stop the massacre NOW
Pourquoi cette pétition est importante
The Australian government has decided to kill at least 10 000 camels as those animals are accused of threatening local towns by desperately looking for water.
Not less than 480 million animals have already perished during the deathly ongoing wildfires in Australia. Many of them are part of already endangered species. Do you really think killing 10 000 MORE wild animals is a wise choice ?
Marita Baker, an Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) executive board member, said that the camels were causing problems in her community of Kanypi as they were approaching towns, desperately hoping to find water in order to survive.
Let us not forget that animals are on this planet with us humans, they are not the cause of this problem here ; they suffer as much as all Australian citizens do and try to survive any way they can.
We are asking the Australian government to reconsider their decision of murdering those highly undangerous animals.
The Australian Government's matter should be to find ways to stop those wildfires from gaining territory (which they are already doing) But not to sacrifice more lives, innocent lives !
If you agree with this, please sign this petition and let us hope that the Australian Government will realize the cruelty of such a radical and lethal decision.
Sign and share : let's stop together that government-ordered massacre !
