You can sign up in advance, or just show up. You can send your questions in advance, or attempt to ask them live.
Some interesting questions to ask:
(1) Could you explain the strategy of investing a half a billion dollars into one single sorting facility in the Toronto area while claiming there is a decrease in parcel volume and market share?
(2) Are you aware that the new SSD (Separate Sort and Delivery) system will cost FAR MORE than the existing system and will lead to more injuries and burnouts?
(3) Could you confirm the exact amount of "At-Risk" pay that was paid out in the Spring of 2024 to management only?
(4) Is there a reason there are over 20 VPs? Would it not be more cost efficient to streamline Management?
(5) Do you deny that the "losses" announced for 2023 are almost solely due to the massive capital investment and expenditure projects undertaken? Will the Board take accountability for these decisions which seem out of line with the self-sustaining model Canada Post operates under?
I'm sure there are MANY, MANY other questions that could be asked.
