Art Deco building is actually dated 1937

According the the library book "Auckland Cinemas" by Jan Grefsfeld (2002), the Berkely Cinema was completed in 1937. The talk on MissionBay, the Boulevard facebook page saying the facade was fake is untrue. Thanks to Alex for researching and sharing this info.
