The attached image shows excerpts from the letter that was written to wedding photographer Nelson Tang threatening him with a $300,000 lawsuit unless he pay a full refund PLUS $15,000 to the groom. After this letter, he actually did sue Nelson Tang (you can see the court records in Seattle King County - Poon/Tang case). After causing the wedding photographer to spend many thousands of dollars to defend himself, the couple dropped their lawsuit.

I have seen the images in question. They were excellent. World famous celebrity photographer Robert Evans has seen them, and we were set to testify that the photographer did an excellent job.

The attorney is currently under investigation with the Washington State Bar association and has had his deposition taken. The bar association is asking for my rebuttal to their leaning towards a non-disciplinary probation period of rehabilitation.

I would like to know what the community thinks should be done. Should the attorney be disciplined for this letter?  If you feel that the attorney should be disciplined for bullying the wedding photographer, please sign the petition.
