We are so excited to see the recent success of the 2 year program undertaken by Parramatta Council with the support of RSPCA  and local rescue groups.

THIS right here is EXACTLY what Mulligan Meows is imploring Campbelltown Council to undertake - the same work!

It CAN BE DONE and with your help we can get this in front of Campbelltown Council so they can see some sense and a way through this awful growing mess of abandoned and undesexed cats across the LGA.
