Protest to demand the ban of captive cataceans in Greece.

We ask from the ministries of Agriculture and Enviroment to collaborate with each other and turn into a law of the state the bill they have locked in their drawers, upon which they all agree but none of them signs it, to make Greece a country with no imprisoned cataceans.
